The Lighthouse is a recently built, spacious and light-filled holiday home that offers up to 8-10 guests (10 with use of a sofa bed) the chance to enjoy a wonderful holiday in an elegant and contemporary property within the renowned Silverlake Estate.
The Silverlake Estate is a luxury private estate set in acres of beautiful nature reserve, with stunning lakes and woodlands to explore. The Estate is just minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
Take advantage of Silverlake's all inclusive water sports, from paddleboarding to kayaking on the beautiful lakes. A high-end spa with outdoor heated pool and well equipped gym, amongst other luxury facilities, will help to make your stay a special one.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise, you may be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
The ground floor of this property boasts a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin room, perfect for the kids and a light and airy master bedroom, also with a generous-sized ensuite.
Upon entering the 1st floor, you are greeted by a large, light-filled open-plan living area with a contemporary spacious kitchen with all mod cons, consisting of a delightful breakfast bar, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and juice. A large dining table with ample seating is perfect for family nights in or entertaining friends with a fabulous feast. For those colder evenings, a luxury wood burner will add to those cosy nights in gathered around the large flat-screen tv or enjoying a game night with the kids. The living area benefits from two sofas, one of which is a pull out sofa bed, please request the extra linen at the time of booking if you plan to use this. The dining area leads to a private balcony spanning the width of the property. A further bedroom sits on this floor, with a good-sized family bathroom with a luxury double walk-in shower.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxters Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxters Rise and The Lighthouse will be the third property on your right. There is a gravelled parking area directly next to the property.
