This spacious four-bed, three-bath luxury property offers plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining the family. Immerse yourself in nature with onsite nature trails, bike rides and water sports via the Activity Hub. Silverlake is just a short drive from the world-renowned Jurassic Coast, offering plenty of natural beauty spots to enjoy off site.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.

Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.

Overton Island is a newly completed village at Silverlake. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are still properties on the island and wider Estate that are undergoing various elements of construction. You may see and hear construction between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

The living area provides plenty of seating and space to enjoy each other's company. There is a delightful open-plan kitchen, with all the mod cons, including a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or orange juice in the morning. A large dining table will see families enjoying quality time together.

There is a double bedroom and en-suite on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a beautifully light twin room over looking the lake, a bunk bed room which also enjoys lake views, family bathroom, and master en-suite with king size bed and large en-suite.
The property benefits include free Wi-Fi, a BBQ and log fire for those cosy nights in and access to the on-site Hurricane Spa and Pool (treatments are not included).

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Finding your Property
Overton Island is accessed via a mini bridge at the end of Wakeling Island, Overton 13 is located on the far side of the island near the foot path. There is plenty of parking outside the property and further visitor spaces in the centre of Overton Island.
