This charming waterside cottage provides a welcoming base for summer escapes and cosy weekends away. It is ideally located in the heart of the Silverlake Estate with easy access to a communal jetty and waterways to explore Silverlake by paddleboard.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.

Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.

This delightful, and beautifully decorated home is suitable for both families and couples, with space for up to 8 guests. The ground floor features luxurious interiors, wooden floors, reclaimed wood furniture, a spacious L-shaped sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a dining table for 8 guests. The modern kitchen has all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. Upstairs, there is a super king room with an ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and TV, a king-size room with an ensuite and built-in wardrobe and two bunk bedrooms; accommodating a total of 8 guests. A family bathroom with a bath and shower completes the accommodation.

Step out from the dining area onto the decking that surrounds the property, providing space to relax by the stream. The property is equipped with a large outdoor sofa, dining table and a gas BBQ. There is also a gravel driveway next to the property.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, two hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar sachets, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the two gates into Silverlake follow the road down the hill onto Wakeling Island. On Wakeling Island take the road to right, Brook Cottage will be on your left hand side with parking alongside the house.
